Shipping & Return Policy


Shipping Policy:

Depending on your location, delivered within 2-5 business days in Canada via CanadaPost.

International Shipping Policy:

Sockology ships to most countries worldwide. Most international orders ship via CanadaPost International (5-14 business days for delivery to most countries). Shipping cost will be calculated on a per bases.

Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees for their order. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Unfortunately due to government restrictions, we are unable to devalue or mark a lower price on any customs paperwork.

Return Policy:

You can return a product purchased from www.sockology.ca within 30 days of your order's original ship date. Just as long as it hasn't been washed, altered or worn and we will provide a full refund (not including shipping). If you are like me and you want a ``leg hug`` first, just to make sure you got the right fit, then send us your garment within 30 days and we will provide store credit.

 

Please follow the steps below in order to return a product:

  1. Request return authorization by emailing customerservice@sockology.ca. Please provide your name and/or order number, condition of item(s) being returned, and return reason.
  2. Once we receive your request, you will receive an RA# and instructions for processing your return.
  • For hygienic reasons, garments which have been worn or put on MUST be laundered prior to return shipment. This includes items which were tried on, even if only for a brief period. Items which are not laundered prior to shipment will be returned and subject to a $7.00 return handling fee.
  • NOTE: RA numbers represent conditional return approval for requested items and are subject to inspection and verification upon receipt.  Failure to comply with the required authorization, shipping and laundering procedures will result in extended processing times and forfeiture of refund/credit eligibility. Non-compliant items will be returned to the customer and the request closed.
  •  

    Return Shipping: Return shipment charges are customer responsibility. To avoid lost merchandise, we strongly recommend sending items via a carrier that provides tracking information or delivery confirmation (UPS, FedEx, , DHL, USPS or CanadaPost with tracking). Sockology Inc. cannot refund products which are lost by the carrier and/or never received.
